Cookie Policy
Effective 4 October 2026
In short: we use a single cookie, to keep you logged in. No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Because that cookie is strictly necessary, we don't need to ask for consent, which is why you won't see a cookie banner.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. This policy covers both.
2. Cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ep_session |
Keeps you logged in to the dashboard. Contains a random identifier only. It is HttpOnly (not readable
by scripts), sent only to our site, and marked Secure on HTTPS. |
Strictly necessary | 14 days, or until you log out |
The marketing pages (this website outside the dashboard) set no cookies. The dashboard does not use local storage.
3. Third-party cookies
We don't use third-party analytics or advertising. If CAPTCHA is enabled on the signup page, the CAPTCHA provider (such as Cloudflare Turnstile, hCaptcha or Google reCAPTCHA) may set or read its own cookies, or collect browser and device signals, solely to tell humans from bots and protect the Service from abuse. This happens only on the signup page. Please see the provider's own policy for details.
4. Why there's no consent banner
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, consent isn't required for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you've asked for, such as staying logged in, or for security measures that protect that service. We don't set any other kind.
5. Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block ep_session you won't be able to
log in to the dashboard; the API and the rest of this website work without it.
6. Changes
If we ever add non-essential cookies we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
